Interesting Fact!

It's an interesting fact that it takes more effort, more concentration to be angry then it does to be happy. It takes more effort both physical and mental to restrain and control then it does to teach self control.

 What's that proverb? "If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime."

 If all you do is attempt to control your dog, you only control for that moment. If you teach self control you have a dog that can live in your world comfortably and without strife.

Prairie Dog Trail Fall Hike

Saturday, November 17th at 9:30. We will hike the Prairie Dog Trail at the Fort Worth Nature Center. It is about a 3 mile hike and considered easy. It will be open to 8 dogs. Once again cost will be $5.00 at the gate and a $10.00 per family charge to be donated to North Texas Basset Hound Rescue.
