Dog in the Spotlight

Congratulations to Manny and Cheryl for passing the Delta Therapy Dog evaluation with a complex rating!  Manny is a student of Taming the Wild Side and enjoys visiting kids at a local school and hospital.  When asked about Manny, Cheryl sent us the following:

Manny was born March 5, 2009 in Buda Texas.   He was a show dog but our breeder wanted him to be a therapy dog instead.   She said it meant more to her than all the ribbons or medals in the world.   Manny has a sister, Pixie, that is also a therapy dog.   Manny’s favorite thing to do is whatever his big sister is doing.   Manny is certified as a R.E.A.D. dog and goes to Blue Haze Elementary School, he also visits children at Cook Children's Medical Center.  He is a new member of Delta Hearts of Gold in Fort Worth and loves to go on visits.
